Friendly all over and very helpful to, got my first car there 2019 Impreza hatchback and drives like a dream for second hand. Serviced wnd wheel changes when for free the next day as soon as I brought it. Which I didn’t even know was was problem. Definitely go for your next car

My experience with oz car was very good except the fact that I drove out with the car I thought was gonna be mine but the bank nocked me back which is no one’s fault but mine being I had a bad credit score and was definitely surprised When Jacob rang back and voted for me and got me the car that I didn’t love first site but definitely grew on me within the week, I recommend you speak to Jacob if you ever visit ozcar as long as your working and getting paid Weather it’s fucll time or casual I’m casual and working 40 hours a week I’m still driving around in my new vw Jetta and I love it Nick Jacob especially Jacob I can’t thank you enough I’ve got a nice reliable car I can’t get to a-to-b and have no problems thanks heaps ozcar definitely look forward to doing more business with you much appreciated for everything you’ve done for me and my family much love Liam

Recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai, traded in a 2019 Audi. Johnny, Ronnie and Anthony were friendly and supportive in catering to my specific needs and wants. The car was ordered and received within a week and was pleasantly surprised with a hard to source colour. The car was more than what I had initially wanted to spend on top of trade in value, however they have been compassionate and allowed extra time to pay the difference. Still getting used to the drive and interior coming from only ever driving European cars, but am delighted with my purchase. Highly recommend Johnny, who has been amazing and patient in attending to my needs (sorry for the late night messages and stressing out!) Thank you to the guys for their help!

Paul, Rob and Tara were awesome to deal with, fast and professional with our trade-in and putting us into a new car. They helped us out with a curtsey car until our new one was ready, even delivered the new car to our door and pick up the curtesy car no extra cost. Great service.
